Our people were directly involved in the co-development of an enterprise-grade CRM system for the branch network of Santander Bank. The goal was to streamline customer service processes and enable real-time data integration with the bank’s core systems.
Their responsibilities included:
designing and implementing the integration layer (API/REST) with the core banking system,
implementing workflow automation and business rule management (BRMS),
ensuring full compliance with security standards and GDPR regulations,
executing performance testing and supporting the rollout across several hundred branches.
The system significantly accelerated both sales and service processes, enabling advisors to personalize offerings based on historical data and customer behavior.

Job Posting System for Recruitment Platforms
Our people were involved in the development of a new system responsible for publishing job advertisements on external recruitment portals. The project was carried out within StepStone Services, one of the leading HR Tech groups in Europe.
The work included key stages of the project lifecycle:
gathering and analyzing business requirements from product teams and stakeholders across multiple countries,
designing a new system architecture based on a microservices approach,
deploying the solution to the AWS cloud, leveraging services such as ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch,
integrating with the existing ecosystem of applications while maintaining high standards of security and reliability.
The new system replaced legacy monolithic solutions, significantly improving scalability, availability, and the speed of job posting across platforms.

Our people were involved in the design and development of a tailor-made system for managing and booking non-standard air cargo shipments for Lufthansa Cargo. The project was built from scratch, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and user experience.
The solution supports the end-to-end process of handling complex cargo types — including oversized, high-value, or special-handling shipments — across Lufthansa’s global logistics network.
Key contributions included:
collecting and refining business requirements in close collaboration with logistics and cargo operations teams,
designing a modern, service-oriented architecture based on Java, Spring Boot and Angular,
containerizing the solution and orchestrating deployment using Kubernetes to ensure high availability and flexibility,
implementing robust validation logic, pricing workflows, and integration with external systems (e.g., load planning, customs, flight capacity),
ensuring security, performance, and fault tolerance for global-scale airline operations.
🚀 The platform is now used daily by internal cargo agents and enterprise customers to request, book, and track special shipments — simplifying what used to be a manual, high-friction process.

Our team contributed to the development of a mobile application that allows users to purchase public transport tickets and parking passes quickly and securely — all in one place.
The solution was designed for everyday commuters and city travelers, focusing on convenience, speed, and seamless integration with local transportation and parking systems.
Key features include:
real-time selection and purchase of transit tickets (bus, tram, metro),
geolocation-based parking zone detection and payment,
secure payment integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and traditional card payments,
ticket validation using QR codes and in-app inspection mode,
notification system for ticket expiry and active parking sessions.
The app was built using Flutter for cross-platform compatibility (iOS/Android) and connects with a scalable backend built in Java (Spring Boot) hosted on AWS Cloud infrastructure.

integration with membership management systems and QR code check-ins at gym entrances,
personalized training plans and nutrition guidance,
